Jeff Ward – Owner, Head Golf Professional, Director of Golf.
Jeff Ward was born into a golf family and was given his first club at age two. His love for the game intensified as he went on to play tournament junior golf and to compete in both high school and at the College of William & Mary. After graduating with a double major in Finance and Economics, Jeff joined the family business in 2003 as the Head Golf Professional at Twin Willows. Jeff is a US Kids Certified Instructor and has lead countless juniors to tournament level competition, and successful high school and college golf careers.
In addition to teaching golf, Jeff oversees all aspects of course management, upkeep, and maintenance. In conjunction with his wife Nicole, Jeff runs the Golf Academy and is continuously educating the TWGA teaching staff.
Nicole Ward – Owner, Director of Business Development,
Golf Fitness Professional
Nicole Ward attended the University of Delaware earning a degree in Interpersonal Communications. After teaching elementary school for a short time, Nicole decided to combine her professional background in education with her passion for healthy living, fitness and overall wellbeing. Since 2006 she has been training adults, teens and children for sports performance, weight management, and general health and fitness. She is the owner and head trainer at DRIVE Sports Performance & Personal Training here at Twin Willows.
Nicole joined the Ward family in 2010 and since then, she and Jeff have been working side by side managing Twin Willows. Nicole is now the Director of Business Development, and your main contact point for all things Golf Academy.
Jack McLaughlin, Superintendent
Jack McLaughlin grew up in Vernon, New Jersey and attended Rutgers Golf Turf Management School. He has over 25 years of experience in golf course construction and turf management, and has been a superintendent for the past 16 years. Jack has worked at Black Bear Golf Club, Edgewood Country Club, Ballyowen Golf Club, and both Deer Run and The Meadows right here in Lincoln Park.
Jack has a keen eye for golf course architecture and has made countless improvements at Twin Willows in just a few short years. He manages a crew of good-natured, hard-working men and together, this maintenance crew keeps the course in tip-top shape for our golfers.
