Twin Willows is home to DRIVE Sports Performance & Personal Training, a comprehensive golf fitness center. At DRIVE, each client’s program is mindfully designed to achieve specific health, fitness and performance goals. Through a holistic approach that addresses golf’s unique demands, you will see improvements in flexibility, core stability, functional strength and power as they relate to your golf swing.
Golf Fitness sessions are 50 minutes in duration. All clients undergo a unique fitness evaluation and movement assessment prior to training. This assessment enables us to identify imbalances and weaknesses that may be negatively impacting your golf game. From here we can create a custom program to eliminate dysfunctional movement and get your body ready to succeed on the course.
Not only will you see results on the golf course, but you will also see changes in your physique, energy levels, appetite, stamina and mood.
Nicole Ward, DRIVE owner and master trainer, has been successfully training athletes for 10 years and has been working with children and adolescents for 18 years. Her credentials include:
- Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Certified Golf Fitness Professional
- National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer
- National Academy of Sports Medicine Performance Enhancement Specialist
- Functional Movement Screen (FMS) Certified Fitness Professional
