Junior Golf Fitness Program

$480.00This off-season, help your junior golfer get in tip-top golf shape with Coach Kay!
The goals of this 8-week program are increased flexibility, mobility, rotary stability, and functional strength as it relates to the golf swing. The strength and power gains in the gym will result in increased swing speed and driving distance. The flexibility and core work will keep the body balanced and aligned for longevity in the sport. Nutritional guidance, visualization for goal setting, and breath work are also integrated into the program.
Program details:
-Ages 12-16. Limited to 6 participants.
-8 week program, 2 sessions/week
-Monday and Wednesday (16 sessions total), 4-5pm
-Start date: Monday, September 23rd
-End date: Wednesday, November 13th
-Cost: $480/person
*Non-golfer athletes are welcome to join this program. The flexibility, core, and strength work will benefit any athlete, or teenager in general. The program is designed to teach juniors how to properly exercise and take care of themselves as athletes.
